Client Brief

Alternative Energy System,

Unique and New to Market

BACKGROUND

The Client has patented a new and unique technology to provide continuous heating or cooling and hot water using temperature differentials. This revolutionary approach, where capital costs are little more than comparable conventional equivalents, has technology that surpasses traditional ambient systems, and addresses the universal demand for alternative energy sources in an era of global warming and fossil fuel decline.

The benefits of this new technology are:

  • Provides 24 hour heating or cooling at 50-70% reduction in energy costs
  • Protects the environment by reducing the need to burn fossil fuels, and cutting carbon dioxide emissions
  • Reduces the need for direct sunlight in the heating or cooling process
  • Can be designed into new installations or retro-fitted, whilst remaining visually pleasing
  • Operates effectively in all climates

Beneficial applications include:

  • Buildings: residential, commercial and industrial
  • Desalination: both large and small scale plants
  • Horticulture: temperature, water, and sewage management
  • Micro algae: production, temperature and light control

Huge opportunities now exist to licence this technology for all types of application in countries within the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey.

Appearance

Crisp, colour-coated architectural finish

Cost of construction

Generally, no greater than traditional heating and cooling systems that are capable of achieving similar high standards.

Low running costs

Does not depend on direct sunlight, nor high volumes of fossil fuels, providing a low cost operation.

Integrated energy collection and delivery

Combines collection via specially designed aluminium alloy roof or wall panels; temperature control via a unique encrypted electronic control panel; and distribution of cooling, heating or hot water using recommended and appropriate systems.

Remarks

Marketing

During the pre production period the Licensor offers to set up and train the Licensees sales and marketing department. Should it be required a survey of the existing market place will be carried out and potential clients identified.

Training

The Licensor will provide basic training within the plant vendors facility during the assembly and commissioning on site and during the first six months or so of operation.

Product Documentation

Detailed specifications will be provided

Supply Time

The plant should be available for full operation within six months of placing an order.

Order Fulfillment Criteria

The final assembly of the production plant can be project managed by the Licensor. The Licensee will be handed over a complete operating plant following the successful performance tests on all products.

Backup Specialist back up is available at short notice.
Stockholding & Spares

The first two years of operating spares can be provided with the plant. Subsequent requirements can be made available at commercial rates

Export potential across the whole of the existing product range. In addition there are many new products under consideration, particularly in relation to water treatment in its many forms

Company Accreditation

The Client has the exclusive world wide rights to licence the ambient energy system in its various applications including residential, commercial and industrial buildings of all kinds together with agricultural, and horticultural crop production and desalination and water treatment

Company's Core Skills, Competencies

The research and development of viable alternative energy sources, applicable to all forms of structure, and agriculture, horticulture and desalination processes.

The provision of consultancy services to ensure an efficient transfer of that technology.

Current & Prospective Clients

The Client is working closely with strategic partners on a variety of new commissions, ranging from residential accommodation for housing associations, residential and commercial accommodation for the Ministry of Defence, lighthouses for Trinity House and numerous other commercial and residential proerties for architects and private clients.

SUMMARY

The client is providing an excellent opportunity for involvement in an effective and versatile energy source that has many advantages over other forms of energy. This hugh opportunity is supported by the following statements:
  • It is socially and politically important to save the world’s limited fossil fuel resources, and to reduce damage to the environment and the ozone layer.
  • There are important business reasons for oil producers to preserve limited oil resources.
  • There are economic reasons for all energy consumers to reduce costs for heating, cooling and hot water.
  • There is an overwhelming need for low cost alternative energy.
  • Alternative energy systems so far have depended on sunshine, wind, waves etc, and are therefore limited in application.
  • Ambient energy systems draw their energy from the outside air, which is free of charge, universal, eternal and infinite.
  • Manufacture and installation of the finished product requires aluminium panels, a heat pump, and a cooling or heat distribution system, all of which are relatively simple to produce and install.
  • The savings on running costs rapidly recover capital costs and continue to yield savings over the long term, making a powerful business case.

Head Licences will permit the assembly and installation of the technology, on a regional basis initially, with the future possibility of building a deeper business infrastructure through sub-licences being available to individual contractors.
